BHAVA
Lord Subrahmanya as Devasenapthy ( Chief of Army of Devas) who is ready to have the fight with Tharakasura, in which the latter was killed, is the bhava of the Idol. The right hand of the Lord is in varada mudra, wearing the weapon- Sakthi. The left is holding hip. The Lord is garlanded in Chembaka flowers.
